Wedding
OK so this was LAST week, but I am finally getting around to making a post.
Friday afternoon I went out to Sacappoose to assist with some setup and run through the rehearsal. I was met by some chickens and a couple geese as I stepped out of my car. I knew I was in the right place! :)
After rehearsal, we had a rehearsal dinner at Kevin's parents house in Beaverton. We had some good food, good wine and good cigars! Nick, Kevin, Mike and I went back to Kevin's place and played some Mario Cart to finish off the night. Note to self: Corks thrown into ceiling fan = GREAT time!
The next morning Kevin, Nick and I went golfing at Killarney in Hillsboro. (See the Eagle post). I kept thinking to myself that something horrible was going to happen to Kevin like on the movies, and we would have to race him to make it to the alter! Luckily, we tee'd off at 7:45 am so had plenty time to spare.
After golf, I returned home to meet Stephen at my place. I went for a workout (imagine that) and we left for the wedding around 2. The wedding was beautiful and everything went smoothly (once it FINALLY started). Our table of "computer nerds" was the first to get cut off from the booze. The only problem was it about an hour after they started serving... After dinner they let us get back to our drinking and we all had a great time. Afterwards we went to Leo's hotel room to chill. It was a long night, so Stephen and I went back to my place and crashed.
Sunday was "draft" day for my Fantasy Football Team and I was recently appointed commissioner so I was in charge of food and festivities. Katy was nice enough to accompany me to Costco where I spent my budget on Beer, Wine and Steaks! Actually, I made BBQ chicken, steaks, asparagus with salad and sourdough bread. It was a pretty good meal if I do say so myself!
After the draft it was time to hit the sack... so I had a couple beers at home with Turner, played some Tiger Woods Golf and called it a day!

Hey M thew. Very nice blog :0) I just got inside from washing and waxing my truck. It is my baby. Took me 2 hours though. So I settled down into my basement and started doing some web surfing. Anyways I am in the process of grabbing my masters degree and have spent the last 6 months researching custom clay poker chips . In the midst of my surfing I landed smack dab in the middle of your blog. I hope you do not think I am intruding but I must say it is great blog. Even though Wedding is way off base from custom clay poker chips I found myself cruising through your blog archives for the last half hour :0) You have some nice blogging friends. I have been on-line searching for hours for information regarding clay composite poker chips and stumbled across your blog during my journey :-) M thew your blog is really amazing! Keep up the great work. Obviously my search on clay composite poker chips was way off when compared to Wedding and find it funny how it landed me here. The internet is a funny thing. Anyways, great job on your blogging and keep up the good work! I been searching for clay composite poker chips for over 2 hours and needed a break from it. I started reading your blog and really enjoyed it.

Hi M thew your blog is really great! Wow :-) As I was out blog surfing and surfing the web for detailed info on casino quality poker chips I stumbled across your blog. Obviously my search landed me here and it is a little off subject compared to Wedding, but I am certainly glad I did come across your blog. Did I already tell you I like it! If you would not mind, I would like to add your link to my "favorites" page to come back and read again sometime. I love your blog M thew. How long has it been on-line? Reason I ask is I am doing a ton of work in the area of poker chips in a case and will probably end up starting a blog of my own. Funny how the internet brought me here when I was doing searches on poker chips in a case . Oh well, I am glad it did. Keep up the great blogging and I am sure I will visit Wedding again!!

What up M thew! I just finished up a ten hour work day and decided to kick back and do some surfing. So I grabbed myself a drink and stumbled across your blog while doing some research on canada poker chips for a upcoming project I am doing. Well even though Wedding isn’t what I was looking for I really enjoyed reading your blog. Your doing a great job and please keep up the good work. Lots of people do not keep their blogs up to date :0) There are some very interesting view points stated here.
